At the heart of the MAN v FAT programme are some incredible communities of men up and down the country.
From the friendships that are built within their club, the guys go on to hold a wide range of fundraising events to raise crucial funds for good causes both in their local area and across the UK.
As well as their fundraising efforts, they also contribute to their local community in a range of different ways including teddy bear donations to the local hospitals, collections for foodbanks and much more.
