Our successful MAN v FAT Football brand has helped men in the UK shed almost 270,000lbs in excess weight over the last 4 years, through accountability, guidance and support.

Our brand new format MAN v FAT Challenge employs the same principles, using weekly challenges to motivate and inspire members. Challenges are based around three core principles: nutrition, exercise and healthy habit building.

Members earn points for their team for not only losing weight each week but also tracking their food and exercise using their member dashboard, exercising between 90-150 minutes per week, cooking healthy calorie-controlled meals from scratch and hitting their 5 and 10 percent weight loss milestones along the way.

Once signed up, you will be placed into a team of 10-12 men that compete each week against another team in their league to see who can score the most points and climb the league table to be crowned the champions of their league!

Each weekly challenge is set by the enigmatic and elusive Challenge Commissioner who awards bonus points to teams based on team effort, imagination and execution of each challenge.

Example of weekly challenges include:-

  • The Broga Challenge – Complete online Yoga sessions
  • Not so Fast Food – Recreate a healthy spin on Fast Food
  • MAN v MAP- Draw a picture using a mobile step tracker
  • Eat the Rainbow – Create a dish using as many vibrant colours as possible

MAN v FAT Challenge members receive weekly support from their league coach, teammates and wider MAN v FAT community in achieving their goals.

You also get full access to The Other Room Virtual Gym so members can get their training done at home.

And during the Covid-19 lockdown we are also giving each member access to our online Mental Health Wellbeing portal Silvercloud.

In Season One of Challenge, players lost a combined weight of almost 600kg (1,322lbs) over a 7-week season.

Season Two is set to be bigger and better, running for 12 weeks and we are ready to welcome you onboard to get you on track with your weight loss journey.

Season two’s challenges are released on the 28th May with week one’s results being processed on the 4th June.

MAN v FAT Challenge is £23 per month, with a registration fee of £5 for new MAN v FAT members.
