Slimming World is another slimming club that, like Weight Watchers, prides itself on group support and an easy to follow plan that can yield some very impressive results. It was founded in the UK in 1969 and its main principles have stayed the same – fill up on the good stuff, cut down on the bad stuff. But what exactly do people on Slimming World eat? Breakfast

A healthy twist on a cooked breakfast – 3 syns
Salmon, egg and mushrooms make for a protein-packed breakfast.

The perfect lunchbox – salmon, couscous, salad and halloumi. 0.5 syns and using one of your hex a choices.
A bowl packed full of rice, chicken and veggies – Free. This will fill you up for sure.
Wrap pizza – the ultimate when you’re craving a pizza but don’t want to go all out.
The Pinch of Nom website (and forthcoming accompanying cookbook) is a treasure trove of recipes, whether you’re following Slimming World or not. If you’ve ever hankered after a KFC but stopped yourself from visiting because you want to lose weight, look no further than this recipe which mimicks KFC’s chicken rice box and is only 2 syns.
Dinner
Creamy chicken pesto pasta and salad – 2 syns
Bean and rice burrito – Free. They’ve been sneaky (or clever, depending on how you look at it) and made these ‘tortilla wraps’ out of egg to keep the calories and carbs down. Get the recipe over on the Slimming World website.
One of the best Slimming World recipes is this one for Slimming World chips – I don’t do Slimming World, but this is still my go-to recipe when I fancy some chips.
