The Best Boots For Wide Feet

The right pair of boots can make us feel good and finding boots to fit when you’ve got wide feet can be a struggle. Here’s our best picks for wide feet.

Whether you’re a show boater or an old school fan of boots, finding a comfy pair of boots to suit your wide feet is a must. Here’s some of our faves, many recommended by the MAN v FAT Football community so you know they’re going to be good.

Puma Kings
When we think of Kings, we have visions of Maradona and Pele in their prime. A classic boot. Good enough for those idols, they’ll be good enough for you. With a wider fit, let’s hope these boots can bring goals in just like those South American No.10’s.

Adidas Copa Mundial
A tidy boot, one that says, ‘you let your performance on the pitch do the talking’. De Rossi, Kaka, Klose. Mundials have been worn when out-of-this-world goals have been scored and we think they’ll suit you just fine too, providing a bit of extra width. Wear them with style.

Nike Flyknits
We’ve moved out of the classic and into the present. Nike Flyknits have become increasingly popular in the last 5 years with their sock-like upper that can mould – and most importantly for us wide foot felllas – stretch around your foot. The idea behind the Flyknit is to let you feel your touch and the ball even more, and they benefit those of us with wider feet too.

Only thing we will mention though is it doesn’t half hurt if you get trodden on as there’s little to protect the foot. But if you like your boots with a bit more stretch and colour these are a great pick.

Astros
If you have wide feet or suffer from plantar fasciitis, Astro turf trainers might feel more comfortable. If you’re a MAN v FAT Footballer, just check with your club what surface your league plays on to make sure they’re suitable before you invest.

There you have it, a few footwear options to explore. Now if only boots could score the goals for us…
