Key Responsibilities / What I Do
As a Public Health & Rugby Co-ordinator at MAN v FAT, I work directly with coaches and players across the country to deliver our weight loss programme. I support clubs in their day-to-day operations from running drafts and tracking data to offering one-to-one guidance, while ensuring our values of support, accountability, and inclusion are always front and centre.
Whether it’s launching new clubs, developing our amazing coaches, or solving the challenges that come up week to week, I’m here to help build a space where men feel seen, supported, and proud to show up.
Why I Love Working for MAN v FAT
Because it changes lives and I get to witness that up close, every single week. From the pitch to the WhatsApp chats, the sense of community built through MAN v FAT is unlike anything else. I love being part of something that truly empowers men to take control of their health, not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. It’s a job with purpose, backed by a team that genuinely supports each other. Plus, no two days are ever the same and that’s exactly how I like it!
Proudest Moment at MAN v FAT
Launching my first solo rugby club in Huddersfield was a standout moment, the energy, nerves, and pride all wrapped into one. But beyond the milestones, my proudest moments are always rooted in the players. Supporting a member through recovery, watching a coach grow in confidence, or seeing a new player show up week after week and begin to believe in themselves, that’s what really matters. It’s those quieter victories that stay with me and remind me why I do what I do.
