Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that we run MAN v FAT Football leagues – leagues designed to support men of any fitness level who want to lose weight. We’re FA-endorsed, extremely successful (sort of blowing our own trumpet but hey, 95% of players lose weight and the average weight loss per player is 2 stone, which is pretty good) and we’re launching LOADS of new leagues all around the country in January. And if your local town or city isn’t on our list, don’t fret as we’ll be announcing even more new leagues later on in the year. The forum is a great place to find support and motivation no matter what stage you’re at in your weight loss journey. If you’ve got a question about weight loss, food or exercise, chances are there’s someone on the forum who knows the answer or has been through it themselves. Join a MVFIA group
A fantastic part of the forum, MVFIA is a 30-day free weight loss program where you’re put into a private group with other men who want to lose weight. The idea is that your online group holds you accountable and you can lean on them for support and a boost when you need it. It’s a very simple idea, but it’s one that works – it’s incredibly popular on the forum and 80% of men who take part lose weight (with the average loss being 8lbs).
