It’s time for MAN v FAT to get Ballsy!

This November, we’re asking the MAN v FAT community to get Ballsy. But this isn’t just another fitness challenge.

Ballsy24 is about men’s health. It’s about knowing your body. It’s about starting conversations and it’s about helping save lives.

Man V Fat are supporting The Robin Cancer Trust, the UK’s only testicular, ovarian and germ cell cancer charity. The charity raises awareness of the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer and the importance of monthly self-checks. Early detection saves lives, as testicular cancer is 95% curable when detected early. The charity also provides support to anyone facing a diagnosis so no one faces cancer alone.

How you can help!

In 2012, The Robin Cancer Trust was founded by Toby Freeman after his brother, Robin, passed away from testicular cancer. Robin was just 24 years old.

Today, around 2,400 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer every year in the UK.

So this November, we’re bringing those numbers together! Your challenge is simple: take on a 24-hour team relay with your MAN v FAT team or complete 24 km solo during November to raise money and help The Robin Cancer Trust save lives through cancer awareness, education and support.

However you do it, every kilometre helps us get the conversation started, because testicular cancer can affect men at any age and knowing what’s normal for you could make all the difference.

This isn’t about being the fastest.
It isn’t about being the fittest.
It’s about being Ballsy enough to take action.

Join the MAN v FAT community this November.

Complete 24 km. Raise some money. Start a conversation. Help save a life.
