We know from experience that having a support network makes all the difference when you’re trying to lose weight.

Even if it’s been years since you kicked a ball, we know you might be relishing the opportunity to get back on the football pitch, and we’re making the most of supporting our teammates in person.

You can find your weight loss support network too when you join the MAN v FAT community by signing up for your local MAN v FAT Football club.

What is MAN v FAT Football?
We’re a weight loss programme for football-loving men. 90% of our players lose weight through an exciting combination of football, team support and all the resources you need to win your battle against fat.

MAN v FAT Football is football with a difference. Exclusively for men with a BMI of 27.5 or over, players score not just goals on the pitch but also bonus goals based on their weight loss progress, meaning your weight loss has a very real impact on your team’s performance.

Our football clubs run across the country, and we’ve helped over 5,000 men lose weight and improve their health.

1) Over two-thirds (67%) of men in the UK are overweight or obese.

2) Extra weight can make it harder for us to fight against diseases like cancer, heart disease and COVID-19.

3) To be a healthy weight, you should aim to have a BMI below 25 and above 18.5.
