Looking after the strategic management of clubs. Everything from facility management to supporting the marketing team, coach recruitment, stakeholder management, through to evaluating programme performance and coach/club development. That sits alongside being involved in the key decisions and often direction of the programme as a whole. Every day is different.
Why I love working for MAN v FAT
Having had a successful journey through the programme, I know what impact MAN v FAT can have not only on the lives of our players but on the lives of the people around them. There’s few jobs that have the kind of impact MAN v FAT does. The best part of my job, after nearly 6 years, remains going back to clubs 6 months post launch and seeing the change in the members not just physically but mentally too.
Proudest moment at MAN v FAT
Hosting the MAN v FAT Awards in 2024 was a very proud moment for me, even if it did mean I was trying to keep a handle on Razor most of the night. Being involved in the US expansion also is a huge highlight but most of all its seeing Coaches and Clubs win awards. Knowing you’ve given coaches a platform to shine and members a seed to grow a community from means the world to me.
