Recipe: Peanut maple protein balls

Prep time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2

Calories: 195 calories | Total fat: 4.7g | Sugars: 9.8g |  Salts: 0.35g

 

  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1½ tbsp maple syrup

 

  • Mix all the ingredients together and roll into small balls.
  • Chomp on 1 or 2 and the rest will keep well in an airtight container.

 

TIPS AND TWEAKS

You can make these even more filling by adding porridge oats to the mix and rolling in desiccated coconut.
