Losing weight, getting fitter. Wanting to be able to run around with my grandson.
If you could go back in time and talk to the version of you at the start of your weight loss efforts, what would you tell them about the changes you’ve experienced?
Keep going and never give up.
Who would you like to thank for their help in your progress?
All my team mates over the last couple of years and my wife who has supported me through my journey.
What are your future hopes around your health and wellbeing?
I hope to be able to maintain my weight loss and in turn this will keep my mental health in check.
How much are you looking forward to the game in May?
I can’t wait. Playing in a stadium is always something I would have loved to have done.
