MAN v FAT is proud to be backing Hard as Nails this November.
Men across the UK are being invited to paint all ten nails and keep them painted for a week as part of a national experiment challenging the stereotypes that hold men back.
MAN v FAT members have already shown what can happen when men step outside their comfort zones, support one another and try something different.
Hard as Nails is another kind of challenge: visible, slightly uncomfortable and designed to spark conversations you might not otherwise have.
