Ryan on track for weight loss success

As he pushes towards further weight loss with MAN v FAT, Ryan Breame believes that his new weekly routine with the programme has played a big part in his success.

Ryan is a part of the MAN v FAT Brentwood community and, since getting started with MAN v FAT, has already lost 15% of his starting bodyweight.

And he told us: “Weighing in once a week and tracking my food is something that I haven’t done before. I found this help me stay consistent to my diet and exercising. I’ve also enjoyed building new relationships with people at the club, which I think is great for your wellbeing and I always look forward to going every week.”

The MAN v FAT Brentwood guys have hit high standards when it comes to their weekly weight loss.

Currently in their third season, they’re closing in on 200kg lost and that total ticks over nicely on a weekly basis.

“Being apart of the Brentwood club is great,” Ryan added.

“Everyone is friendly and it’s a great club to be a part. Our coach Anita is great, she is always there to help us if we need any support with our weight loss journey.

“If you’re thinking about signing up just do it. You meet so many new people and you will always be building new relationships, as well as focusing on your health. MAN v FAT is one of the best things I’ve done.

“My long term goals now are to stay fit and healthy and stay consistent to my progress.”
