Tell us more about your initial reasons for joining MAN v FAT
Lose a bit of weight, to socialise and to meet new people.
If you could go back in time and talk to the version of you at the start of your weight loss efforts, what would you tell them about the changes you’ve experienced?
I should have done it sooner, a lot sooner. I was always fearful of doing it, in case it didn’t work out, and it was my last resort.
Who would you like to thank for their help in your progress?
My wife and children, who have supported me since I started.
What are your future hopes around your health and wellbeing?
Maintain weight and be healthy as I can for my family.
How much are you looking forward to the game in May?
Excited to play at a Football League ground and I’m also excited to meet people who have achieved the same feat as me and to hear their stories.
