Today we’re giving away a copy of one of our favourite recipe books – The Quick Roasting Tin. The premise is simple: shove everything in a tin and into the oven, then 30 minutes later dinner is served.

It’s not specifically a low-calorie book or a ‘diet’ book, but it’s full of really good food that you’ll definitely be able fit into your calorie allowances.

Here’s what reviewers on Amazon have to say about The Quick Roasting Tin by Rukmini Iyer.

“I have fed my family for 4 nights already with different recipes, another one tonight! Absolutely inspiring meal ideas and easy to make and delicious to eat. Highly recommend.” – Hilary Morgan

“The book contains a lot of variation in meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes and they really do take around 10 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to cook. Recipes are clearly listed, instructions are clear and the ingredients can be easily found at regular supermarkets. The dishes we’ve tried so far had great flavour and were genuinely easy to produce, even on a busy weekday evening when there isn’t so much time.” – SimonM

“This book is without a doubt one of the best things I’ve purchased this year. We have made about 5 of the recipes from it so far, it is true that they only take 10-15 mins preparation and then you have a delicious meal.” – Laura
