So, I just wanted to put a little ditty on here to keep the old mental juices flowing. I am not the biggest fan of this kind of blog post – I like nice big chunky things or little micro brain-farts!
Medi-blogging just feels awkward. Anyway, the mental health is getting better and with that so is my mental clarity, the fog is gently dissipating which is making daily food choices easier to handle.
I am starting to get enough confidence to make a plan, and hopefully I Can share that with you in the next issue.
