This one day weight management course has been specifically designed with MAN v FAT in mind. The programme looks at the fundamentals of supporting an adult through their journey to health improvement. The tutor will lead you through behaviour change, basic nutrition and understanding physical activity recommendations as well as some useful techniques to ensure that every contact counts.
This course is not designed to make you an exercise or nutrition expert but provides underpinning knowledge and skills to support you in providing the most effective support to our members.
