Join your local MAN v FAT Football club and play small-sided football games against other men who also want to improve their health. You can join if you’re 18 or over and have a BMI of 27.5+ (check your BMI here).
Your weight loss progress directly affects your team’s performance, with the chance to score bonus goals based on your pre-match weigh-ins.

How can I play for free?
If you’re an Isle of Wight resident, you work on the island or have a GP surgery there, you can play a season of MAN v FAT Football for free*. Enter your Isle of Wight postcode when you sign up – you’ll have to pay a £10 deposit, but as long as you attend 10 of 14 sessions you’ll get that back at the end.
Please note that after 14 weeks your membership will revert to a regular paid subscription.
